Using the service

You may use PhotoHunt only for lawful, personal entertainment and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for your conduct, your device, and activity performed through your profile.

Play safely and respectfully

Get permission before playing in private areas. In public, stay aware of nonplayers, traffic, property boundaries, posted rules, and your surroundings. Never trespass, drive while using the app, or take a photo when doing so would be unsafe or unlawful.

Player content

You retain ownership of photos you take. You grant True Sight Studios a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit submissions only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve PhotoHunt. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, invasive, or infringing material.

Hunt Paks and purchases

Paid content, if offered, will be subject to the rules and refund policies of the app store through which it is purchased. Availability and contents may change as permitted by law and platform policy.

Availability and enforcement

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary for safety, misuse prevention, maintenance, or legal compliance. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is.” True Sight Studios is not responsible for injuries, property damage, disputes, or losses caused by unsafe play, player conduct, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
